Everyone loves a Fall cocktail, especially when it involves our three favorites: vodka, coffee AND pumpkin spice!
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 tbsp cold brew
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 oz heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- Drizzle of Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Sauce
- Add vodka, cold brew, water and syrup to a glass.
- Add handful of ice and slowly pour in heavy cream.
- Top with a drizzle of Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Sauce, marshmallows and cinnamon if desired.

- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free White Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Mocha Syrup
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup steamed milk
- Whipped cream and sprinkles if desired

Whipped Foam
Even though our whipped foam toppings have been discontinued, you can still easily make your own! Add your whipped foam to coffee, lattes, frappes, or any beverage you wish!
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- Skinny Syrup of choice (you choose the flavor of your foam!)
- Milk frother
- Add all ingredients together and froth until you've reached desired consistency.
- Pour on top of cold brew, lattes, frappes, or anything really!

Add spice to your morning with theses Healthy Skinny Pumpkin Pancakes.
- 1/3 cup of oatmeal
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sweetener

- 1 Chai Tea Bag
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Chai Syrup
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Pour 4 oz of boiling water over the chai tea bag and let steep (usually takes about 5 minutes).While tea is steeping, heat milk up in the microwave or sauce pan.Once the tea has steeped, combine tea, milk and Skinny Syrup into a mug, stir and enjoy!
Fireball Pumpkin Pie Shots
Shots! But make them Pumpkin.
- 1 package Instant Pumpkin Pudding Mix
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 3/4 cup Fireball Whiskey
- 4 oz Cool Whip
- Orange Food Coloring (optional)
- Combine milk and pudding mix. Mix for 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
- Add Fireball Whiskey. Mix again until smooth.
- Add in Cool Whip. Mix again.
- Rim shot glasses with graham crackers if desired.
- Fill shot glasses 3/4 full with mixture. Allow room for mixture to expand.
- Put in freezer and freeze
- Take out of freezer, let thaw for 2-4 minutes.
- Add whipped cream topping and a dash of cinnamon if desired
- Eat with a dessert spoon or pop it into your mouth!

- 2 shots black rum
- 1 cup regular pretzels
- Grind the pretzels in a blender. Put on a plate and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add a jigger of the black rum or more if your wish. Add a splash of Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup and shake until combined.
- Take your serving glass and dip the rim in water. Then, dip the rim into the blended pretzels.

- 2 TBSP Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cups of milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Skinny Syrup or Skinny Syrup of choice
- Add heavy whipping cream and Skinny Syrup to bowl and blend with a whisk or hand mixer. Blend until fluffy and gently pour over your cold brew over ice and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spiced S'mores Cocktail
Gooey and sweet. This recipe is no tricks and all treats!
- 2 tbsp Skinny Peanut Butter Cup Syrup
- 2 oz Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 2 oz Kahlua
- 1 large ice cube
- Chocolate Dessert Syrup
- Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Large Marshmallows
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 2 oz milk of choice
- Add one large ice cube to a whiskey glass. Rim glass with chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs.
- Add Skinny Peanut Butter Syrup, Peanut Butter Whiskey, and Kahlua.

I’ve stated before I drink tea and coffee year-round and one of the coffees and tea that I love no matter what season it is is pumpkin spice or pumpkin pie.
