  • Pour Skinny Syrup into a mug. Add espresso shots. Swirl to mix & pour in steamed skim milk. Add whipped heavy cream. Gently float pecan pieces on top of the whipped cream for display.
  • *If needed, 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee can be substituted for 2 shots espresso.

you’ll need
  • 180g instant oats (similar to oat flour)
  • 25g protein powder
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 2-3 bananas mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 100g 0% greek yogurt
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 110g smooth peanut butter
  • 3-4 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Pecan Syrup
How-To

Mix together wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Pour into muffin molds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

    So delicious!!!

    I’ve seen reports that Skinny Mixes are too sweet even in small amounts. To that I say BOO. And then you truly don’t want or need any sweetener in your coffee. I love these syrups for my coffee. I mix it ahead of time with heavy cream in a glass jar and get the sweetness just right. And I can do this without the guilt of sugar!! Who doesn’t love that.

    I brew coffee, add Jordan’s Skinny Syrup, 2 heaping scoops of collagen, and a splash of Premier Proteins shake and then I mix it up in my bullet. So yummy and frothy.
