- 2 tbsp =Sugar Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Syrup
- 1/3 cup Kodiak Cakes Pumpkin Flax Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar Free Pumpkin Caramel Syrup
- 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Pumpkin Cream Cheese
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Fat Free Reddiwip
- Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Syrup
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Turn on mini waffle maker to start heating up.
- In a small mixing bowl, at all waffle mixture ingredients together and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate mixing bowl, add icing ingredients together. Stir until you reach a smooth consistency and microwave for 10 seconds.
- Once waffle maker has finished heating, grease with a light coat of cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the mini waffle maker and cook until golden brown. Repeat with rest of batter.
- Add toppings and enjoy!

Pumpkin Caramel Macchiato
Tis the season for pumpkin beverages! Be your own barista and make this popular Starbucks Secret Menu item yourself! Try this copycat recipe to make a quick and easy Pumpkin Caramel Macchiato.
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar Free Pumpkin Carmel Syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 shots espresso
- Caramel Sauce
- Brew 2 shots of espresso and set aside.
- Fill a cup halfway with ice.
- Add 1-2 tbsp Sugar Free Pumpkin Caramel Syrup
- Pour milk on top of syrup. If you want your drink to have layers, do not stir!
- Pour espresso shots on top of milk slowly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of espresso.

- ½ cup milk
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Mocha Syrup
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Pumpkin Syrup of choice
- Whisk milk, cream, and syrups in a saucepan over medium heat until blended for about 2 minutes
- Pour mixture into mug and enjoy!

- 4 oz brewed coffee
