Skinny Caramel Pecan Latte
We don't know what we'd do without this latte!
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Pecan Syrup
- 2 Shots Espresso*
- 8 oz Steamed Skim Milk
- Whipped heavy cream
- Pour Skinny Syrup into a mug. Add espresso shots. Swirl to mix & pour in steamed skim milk. Add whipped heavy cream. Gently float pecan pieces on top of the whipped cream for display.
- *If needed, 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee can be substituted for 2 shots espresso.
High Protein Peanut Butter Muffins
These protein muffins have never disappointed!!
- 180g instant oats (similar to oat flour)
- 25g protein powder
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 2-3 bananas mashed
- 1 egg
- 100g 0% greek yogurt
- 100ml almond milk
- 110g smooth peanut butter
- 3-4 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Pecan Syrup
Mix together wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Pour into muffin molds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

- Toppings: Pecans, sugar-free whipped cream, pretzels, caramel corn (optional)
- Blend together ice, strong black coffee, milk, salt, and Skinny Syrup until well mixed.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with optional toppings of whipped cream and caramel syrup, if using. Serve immediately and enjoy every sip!
