Peppermint Mocha w/ Peppermint Chocolate Cold Foam

Ingredients

For the Peppermint Mocha:

  • 1-2 tbsp Skinny Mixes Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha Syrup
  • 1 shot of espresso (or 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 3/4 cup steamed milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)

For the Peppermint Chocolate Cold Foam:

  • 1/4 cup cold milk or cream (non-dairy options like oat or almond work great)
  • 1 tbsp Skinny Mixes Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha Syrup
  • Optional: a dash of cocoa powder for a chocolatey twist

How-To

Make the Peppermint Mocha: Brew your espresso and add it to a mug. Stir in 1-2 tbsp of Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha Syrup and steamed milk.

Prepare the Peppermint Chocolate Cold Foam: In a small frothing pitcher or jar, combine cold milk/cream with 1 tbsp of Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha Syrup. Froth until it becomes thick and foamy.

Assemble: Pour the cold foam over your peppermint mocha, and sprinkle a touch of cocoa powder on top if desired.
